Eddie Johnson has received his work permit and bought out his MLS contract to complete is transfer to Fulham. EJ should get a chance to start with the struggling EPL side, I hope he does well.

Rumor has it that Eddie Johnson is on the verge of signing with Fulham US, errr, Fulham FC for a record MLS transfer fee of $6 million plus. He will join Dempsey, McBride, Bocanegra and Keller on he roster at Craven Cottage. Great move for Johnson, he should get a chance to play, and Fulham [...]

Kansas City, who apparently is going to try to outscore opponents in 2008, has traded Jose Burciaga jr. to the Colorado Rapids in exchange for a second round pick in the 2009 MLS draft. Burciaga was left unprotected in the 2007 expansion draft, which pretty much sealed his fate to a trade this off season.

The Kansas City Wizards have traded Nick Garcia to the expansion San Jose Earthquakes in exchange for the first pick in the upcoming 2008 MLS draft. San Jose apparently wasn’t happy with the prospects at #1, and need help in the back with the loss of Clarence Goodson.
