Well, one thing I learned in week three, teams that play mid-week and have to travel to play a few days later play like crap. Both KC and RSL played 120 minutes on Wednesday, and both lost on the road, and neither were every really in the game. Here is how week 3 in the MLS ended up:
Ives Glarcap: 4 - 0 - 2
Ryan Hunt: 3 - 1 - 1
MLSP: 1 - 3 - 1
I made a big mistake this week, looking at the predictions of the two sports writers, and basing my guesses off of their predictions. Big mistake.
The yearly race has just heated up:
Ives: 7 - 9 - 3
Ryan: 8 - 8 - 1
MLSP: 8 - 8 - 4
I still hold the lead, based on number of match scores predicted correctly, but not much separates us. Big week ahead, could be as many as 7 matches to predict, we will see what the writers decide to cover.
